Refund Policy

Purchases on any item(s) are NOT refundable; a customer may only exchange an item that have not been damaged, altered or worn can be exchanged for an item of equal value.

The original tag should be attached to the item for an exchange to take place. 

Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days after deliver. Please use the CONTACT form to request an exchange.

All accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, sunglasses, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALES.

All returns must be handled and insured by USPS or other carrier. All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer. To ensure the process, please obtain a tracking number.
